Terms of Use

Last updated: 3 November 2026

By using this website or joining Ghost Network on Discord you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

1. What Ghost Network is

A free, non-commercial fan community for GTA Online players on PC, run by volunteers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Discord. Grand Theft Auto, GTA and GTA Online are trademarks of Take-Two Interactive. Game names and images are used only to describe what our community plays.

2. Play fair

• Our server rules apply everywhere: on Discord, in voice and in game.
• No cheats, mod menus, money drops or glitches that break Rockstar's rules. Rockstar's terms apply to everything we do in GTA Online.
• No selling or buying of in-game money, accounts or "help" for real money.
• Keep it clean: no slurs, no NSFW, no harassment.

3. Tools and guides

The calculators, guides and bot numbers are free estimates made by the community. In-game prices, payouts and rules can change with any GTA Online update, so we cannot promise they are always exact.

4. Moderation

Staff can remove content, block features or ban members who break the rules, to keep the community safe. You can appeal with a ticket in #support.

5. Reporting content

To report illegal or harmful content on our site or server, use a ticket in #support on our Discord server or email contact@gnetcrew.com. Tell us where it is and why. We check every report and reply.

6. Liability

The site and bots are offered as they are, for free. We do our best to keep them working, but we are not responsible for in-game losses, Rockstar or Discord decisions, or downtime. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Big changes are announced on Discord. Romanian law applies.
